Recruiting Associate – Go‑to‑Market

About the role

KitchenPark is looking for a Recruiting Associate to join its Shared Service Centre in Amman. You will support the rapid expansion of our Go‑to‑Market teams across the GCC by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for sales, customer success, operations and other corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for junior‑to‑mid‑level roles throughout the GCC.
• Partner with hiring managers to align talent strategies with business objectives.
• Drive high‑volume hiring while maintaining quality and speed.
• Develop creative sourcing tactics and build strong talent pipelines.
• Use data‑driven insights to continuously improve recruiting processes.
• Maintain a seamless candidate experience and strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high‑volume and agency‑based.
• Proven ability to manage complex searches across multiple functions or geographies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a top‑notch experience for candidates and hiring managers.
