Interior Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Architect to join our design team and lead the development of interior fit‑out projects. The role involves translating client needs into detailed specifications, drawings, and visualisations while ensuring high‑quality material selection and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on material selection and prepare detailed material specifications and BOQs.
• Develop architectural drawings, detailed shop drawings, and cost estimates.
• Study project documentation to produce accurate project costing.
• Create 3D renders and visualisations to support design decisions.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for consultants and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders and clients.
• Produce social‑media content related to design projects (optional).

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in architecture or interior fit‑out projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials.
• Rendering and 3D visualisation capabilities.
• Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
