Marketing Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Bangkok (relocation)

About the role

Agoda’s Marketing team is looking for data‑driven professionals to join a fast‑growing analytics function in Bangkok. You will work on multiple channels, from search engine campaigns to TV advertising, helping to improve customer lifetime value through experimentation, modelling and insight generation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad structures, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze large data sets from experiments, build predictive models (e.g., booking impact of TV campaigns, demand elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation.
• Create and maintain dashboards, track performance metrics, derive actionable insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to make fast, evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of impact.
