Senior Customer Insights Analyst (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Customer Insights Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs, helping to improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through experimentation, modeling and insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad campaigns, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and others.
• Analyze large data sets from experiments, build predictive models to assess the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes and demand elasticity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface growth levers and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
