Microsoft Power Platform Developer – Consultant / Senior Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our Jordan Resources Hub. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions that support complex business processes and external‑facing portals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Model‑Driven and Canvas Apps.
• Create and optimise Power Automate cloud and desktop flows for workflow automation.
• Build and customise Power Pages websites, portals and customer‑facing applications.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, forms, views and security.
• Develop server‑side logic using C# plugins, custom APIs, custom workflow activities and the Dataverse SDK.
• Implement client‑side customisations with JavaScript for forms, command bars and UI validation.
• Integrate solutions with Azure services, REST APIs, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and third‑party systems.
• Design interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for decision‑making.
• Manage solution packaging, deployment and ALM using Azure DevOps and Power Platform pipelines.
• Ensure enterprise‑grade security, governance and compliance.
• Conduct code reviews, produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Model‑Driven and Canvas).
• Extensive background in Power Pages development and portal security.
• Proven expertise in Power Automate flow design and complex automation scenarios.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse data modelling and governance.
• Advanced proficiency in C# plugin development, custom APIs and the Dataverse SDK.
• Solid JavaScript skills for client‑side customisations.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services, REST APIs, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
• Ability to design Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with ALM practices using Azure DevOps and Power Platform pipelines.
