Mobile Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Development Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality iOS and Android applications. The role works closely with product, design, backend, and QA teams to ensure scalable, user‑friendly mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, UX/UI, QA, and Backend.
• Define mobile architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Drive cross‑platform development using Flutter and React Native.
• Contribute to native development in Swift/Objective‑C (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android) when needed.
• Integrate APIs, manage authentication flows, and optimise app performance.
• Work with DevOps and cloud teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and performant.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and project delivery.
• Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Proven track record delivering apps on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Flutter (Dart) and React Native.
• State‑management libraries such as Bloc, Provider, or Redux.
• iOS development with Swift and/or Objective‑C.
• Android development with Kotlin and/or Java.
• Xcode and Android Studio.
• MVVM and Clean Architecture principles.
• REST API integration, local storage, offline capabilities.
• Push notifications and mobile security best practices.
• CI/CD pipelines and App Store/Google Play deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
