About the role

Join Tribe Wellness Sales as a Remote Appointment Setting Representative, connecting customers with health‑optimizing Protocol Review appointments. You’ll work from home, using proven scripts and training to drive meaningful wellness journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and book Protocol Review appointments using company scripts.
• Report to the ASR Director, attend daily stand‑ups and regular one‑on‑one coaching sessions.
• Track performance through KPIs such as Appointments Set, Show Rate and Appointment Outcome.

Required profile

• Experience in appointment setting is a plus but not required.
• Highly‑driven self‑starter motivated to meet and exceed goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a talent for building genuine connections.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and equipment for clear phone and video calls.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using VOIP phone systems.
