Sales Consultant

About the role

MetLife Jordan is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to drive sales initiatives, build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Based on-site in Amman, you will provide consultative solutions, understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance and financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales initiatives and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Recommend appropriate insurance and financial products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales consulting and delivering tailored solutions.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a team.
• Understanding of the financial or insurance industry is a plus.
• Proactive, goal-driven mindset with a commitment to outstanding customer experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
