Senior Backend Developer .NET

About the role

BlackStone eIT is seeking a Senior Backend Developer with deep .NET expertise to design, build, and maintain high‑performance backend services. You will work closely with product managers and cross‑functional teams to turn business requirements into scalable, reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable backend systems using .NET Core and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and interpret technical requirements.
• Champion best practices in coding, application design, and development processes.
• Participate in code reviews, share technical expertise, and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Continuously improve existing codebases, architecture, and development processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of backend development experience, specifically with .NET technologies.
• Proven experience in a leadership or team‑lead role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
