Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The award‑winning design team at KPMG Middle East creates and maintains marketing and promotional assets for offices across Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, UAE and Oman. As a Senior Graphic Designer you will support the Head of Design and lead the production of high‑impact visual communications that reinforce the KPMG brand.

Key responsibilities

• Produce winning proposals, client presentations, internal communications, event visuals, digital campaigns, thought‑leadership reports and brochures.
• Participate in creative brief discussions, brainstorming sessions and timeline planning.
• Conceptualise and design visuals that align with brand messaging and tone of voice.
• Transform complex data into infographics, illustrations and iconography.
• Collaborate with the design team, wider marketing team and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent application of the brand visual identity across all touch points.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or Fine Art.
• 4+ years of post‑qualification experience in an agency or in‑house design team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design excellence.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet time‑sensitive deadlines.
