Senior Marketing Strategy Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s data‑driven Marketing team as a Senior Analyst/Associate Manager, shaping strategy for global campaigns while based in Bangkok. You will work closely with analysts, strategists and data scientists to design, test and optimise marketing programmes that boost customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad structures, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to measure the impact of large‑scale TV campaigns, pricing changes and other levers.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface insights and support data‑based decision making.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders, influencing product road‑maps and marketing tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to move quickly, make evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
