Freelance Marketing Specialist (On-site, Amman)

About the role

Tarabezah is looking for a Freelance Marketing professional to join its team in Amman on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will help shape and execute marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and support the company’s growth across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with partner venues to design customized promotional campaigns.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted communication and offers.
• Manage partner relationships to ensure smooth execution of joint initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to meet KPIs.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven experience in market research and sales.
• Background in creating and executing marketing strategies.
• Results‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with the Amman market and hospitality sector is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
