Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

About the role

PSITEPSITE is looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to lead end‑to‑end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud for enterprise and public‑sector clients across Jordan and Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with clients and project teams to design, configure, test and support comprehensive HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support engagements.
• Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering and solution workshops.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on requirements and best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents and implementation deliverables.
• Develop and execute testing strategies (SIT, UAT, production readiness).
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, releases and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits and other stakeholders to optimise processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and system issues.
• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer and post‑go‑live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• 8‑10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle E‑Business Suite HRMS.
• At least five full‑lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations delivered.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and digital HR transformation.
• Experience delivering projects in Jordan or Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
