Senior Product Manager - Monitoring & Research

About the role

Lucidya is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Monitoring & Research domain of its AI‑native CX intelligence platform. You will shape the vision, strategy and roadmap for Social Listening, Managed Channels Analytics and Voice of Customer, helping thousands of users turn massive conversation data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Monitoring & Research across three core areas.
• Collaborate with customers to understand decision‑making processes and pain points, translating insights into product features that drive clear recommendations.
• Prioritise and deliver product initiatives that enable users to answer critical business questions about markets, competitors and brand performance.
• Work closely with engineering, design and data science teams to ensure high‑quality, trustworthy insights are delivered at scale.
• Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor offerings and emerging AI capabilities to keep the product innovative.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in product management, preferably in AI‑powered or customer intelligence solutions.
• Proven ability to own product vision and roadmap from concept to delivery.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to translate complex data into product decisions.
