Technology Delivery Risk Manager – QRM

About the role

The Technology Delivery Risk Manager provides high‑touch, rapid‑turnaround risk support for priority technology pursuits and engagements. Working closely with pursuit, delivery, legal and contracting teams, the role identifies, assesses and mitigates legal, commercial and operational risks to protect the firm while enabling winning deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage allocated high‑ and medium‑priority opportunities throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
• Conduct daily risk consultations with bid, risk and quality teams to surface and address risks early.
• Collaborate with Delivery Transformation and business stakeholders on enterprise technology programs such as SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle ERP/HCM and AI‑enabled components.
• Identify delivery risks across scope, dependencies, integrations, data, security, testing, cut‑over and operating model readiness.
• Advise pursuit and delivery teams on risk‑reward trade‑offs while ensuring governance compliance.
• Support critical terms‑and‑conditions negotiations and commercial review of contracts under the Client Contracting Governance Framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology risk management or delivery risk advisory, preferably within large professional services or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of legal, commercial and operational risk concepts in technology projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a focus on pragmatic risk mitigation.
