Aesthetician Nurse – Advanced Skincare & Laser Treatments

About the role

Nova Derma Clinic is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Aesthetician Nurse to join its team in Amman. The role focuses on delivering advanced skincare and medical aesthetic procedures in line with evidence‑based protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including HydraFacials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser‑based procedures.
• Assess client needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on post‑treatment care and follow‑up recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control.
• Collaborate closely with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license; previous experience in dermatology or aesthetics strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in performing HydraFacials, Dermapen, mesotherapy, and superficial chemical peels.
• Experience with laser and energy‑based treatments, including laser hair removal and microneedling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
