AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to transform cutting‑edge artificial‑intelligence capabilities into practical, high‑impact solutions for our global clients. You will work across the full AI/ML lifecycle, from idea exploration and model development to deployment and continuous improvement in production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI‑powered applications using large language models, agent‑based systems and other machine‑learning models.
• Lead the end‑to‑end AI lifecycle: data preparation, model training, deployment, optimization and monitoring of secure, scalable services.
• Analyse large datasets to uncover patterns, trends and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers and stakeholders to deliver AI‑driven solutions.
• Optimize model performance, accuracy and scalability, and maintain deployed systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in machine learning, deep learning and AI development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and agent‑based AI systems.
• Proficiency with common AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and software engineering principles.
• Working knowledge of databases and data‑processing tools.
