Alternate Site Manager – Transient Aircraft Services (Secret Clearance)

About the role

The Alternate Site Manager (ASM) supports day‑to‑day management of Southwest Asia Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) at an assigned installation. Reporting to the Site Manager, the ASM ensures safe, efficient aircraft arrival, servicing, and departure in a 24/7 austere environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce zero‑harm workplace standards, flight line safety, FOD prevention, and tool control.
• Oversee TAS operations including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn‑around, and departure to meet PWS objectives.
• Lead, supervise and mentor shift personnel, schedule coverage, and act as Site Manager when absent.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders (COR, ACO, MOC) and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Inspect work for compliance with Technical Orders and airfield procedures, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• U.S. National with an active Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum 6 years experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or TAS.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in flight line environments.
• Strong knowledge of airfield safety requirements and applicable Technical Orders.
