Applications Support Senior Specialist

About the role

The Applications Support Senior Specialist will provide production support for Transmed enterprise systems and actively contribute to application‑driven projects, including releases, upgrades, new implementations, documentation, and training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd‑level production support for all Transmed enterprise applications.
• Manage change for internally developed, partner and vendor applications.
• Evaluate, install, maintain and support enterprise software components.
• Develop and validate support requirements, SOPs, service‑level targets, escalation matrices and incident‑management processes.
• Provide high‑quality consultation, troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Document issue resolution and track activities in the service‑management system.
• Monitor application performance, generate configuration reports and analyse root‑cause problems.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and ensure alignment with business policies and security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related technology field.
• Advanced level of English.
• 3–5 years of experience with enterprise applications, relational databases, scripting and software administration.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, ITIL, PMP.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
