Bilingual Spanish/English Call Center Agent (On‑site, Amman)

About the role

Lexapora Group is seeking full‑time Call Center Agents who are fluent in both Spanish and English to work on‑site in Amman, Jordan. In this role you will interact with prospective clients, verify case details and guide them through the initial steps of the client‑acquisition process while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, gather and verify case information, and complete detailed intake forms according to established criteria.
• Explain services clearly, answer questions, and guide callers through the initial steps of the intake process.
• Update case management systems, follow scripts and compliance guidelines, and collaborate with supervisors to meet performance and quality metrics.

Required profile

• Strong customer interaction experience, preferably in call‑center, customer‑support or intake roles.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, attention to detail and ability to follow structured scripts.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English with clear diction.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman with flexible shift schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
