Brand Manager – Marketing

About the role

The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving Nespresso’s business results and brand image in Jordan by adapting the global marketing strategy to the local market and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality customer experience across all touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the global marketing strategy into local actions to boost business performance and brand perception.
• Collect and analyse external market and consumer data as well as internal channel data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Develop, communicate and implement a consistent consumer‑journey strategy across all channels and marketing initiatives (e.g., IAP, CRM, product launches).
• Provide marketing tools to B2C and B2B channels, gather feedback, and activate the Nespresso consumer base to improve results.
• Participate in the local Management Team, make tactical and strategic decisions, manage P&L, CAPEX and OPEX budgets, and align with HQ and regional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand or marketing management, preferably within the premium goods sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Leadership capabilities to coach teams, set performance goals and foster a collaborative culture.
• Excellent communication skills to act as spokesperson within the organization and with external partners.
