About the role
We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie specializing in pastry to join our dynamic hospitality team in Amman. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality desserts and pastries that meet our standards of taste, presentation and consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of desserts and pastries for daily service and special events.
- Maintain strict consistency in recipes, portion sizes and visual presentation.
- Ensure the kitchen area and workstations are kept clean and adhere to food-handling and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert concepts and seasonal specials.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in pastry and dessert preparation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Creative, organized and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality, consistency and strict hygiene standards.
Required skills
- Advanced pastry preparation techniques.
- Expertise in baking methods and dessert plating.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices.
- Ability to follow and replicate recipes with precision.
