Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Lead Digital Health Transformation

About the role

The company is a leading digital health organization in Jordan seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to steer its strategic direction, strengthen performance, and drive sustainable growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of the company’s strategy, growth initiatives, and business priorities.
• Drive sustainable growth, business development, and explore new market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare, business, and institutional stakeholders.
• Lead the executive team, fostering a high‑performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
• Oversee financial, operational, and organizational performance, including resource allocation.
• Ensure robust governance and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Align technology, digital products, and capabilities with market and stakeholder needs.
• Represent the company and report performance and strategic priorities to the Board.

Required profile

• Jordanian nationality is mandatory.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including CEO/GM‑level or senior executive roles.
• Proven track record in strategy execution, business development, partnerships, and sustainable growth.
• Strong financial expertise with experience preparing and presenting Board packs and reports.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Boards and senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of healthcare markets, regulations, and key stakeholders.
• Experience in digital health, HealthTech, or related technology sectors is highly welcomed.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
