Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Client Advisor you will act as an ambassador of Louis Vuitton, delivering an exceptional client experience that reflects the Maison’s promise. You will build genuine, long‑term relationships with clients, understand their needs and guide them across the brand’s product categories to meet both individual and team objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every client and provide best‑in‑class service in line with Maison standards.
• Drive personal and team sales targets while being accountable for performance.
• Advise clients across all product categories, offering personalized recommendations.
• Develop long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
• Reach out to existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
• Maintain strong brand and product knowledge to represent Louis Vuitton with credibility.
• Uphold grooming, behavior and service excellence standards.
• Contribute to team objectives, store initiatives and daily operations.

Required profile

• Initial experience in retail or luxury environment is a plus.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious, agile and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
