Community & Growth Specialist

About the role

The Community & Growth Specialist will drive the company’s expansion by building vibrant online and offline communities, coordinating digital marketing initiatives, and managing relationships with external agencies. This role focuses on boosting brand awareness, acquiring new users, and fostering active community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow online communities on platforms such as Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups, X (Twitter), and others.
• Design and run community engagement programs including ambassador schemes, referral campaigns, webinars, newsletters, beta‑testing groups, and user‑feedback initiatives.
• Plan and execute workshops, campus activations, networking events, and public exhibitions.
• Monitor community sentiment, collect feedback, and identify opportunities to improve user satisfaction.
• Track and report on community growth, campaign performance, and event outcomes using analytics tools.
• Coordinate the company’s participation in conferences, university events, and other public activities.
• Work with external marketing agencies to launch and monitor digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Support email marketing, newsletters, social media campaigns, and overall community communications.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of community‑building strategies for both online and offline environments.
• Experience managing ambassador or advocacy programs.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, email, and content marketing.
• Proven ability to coordinate and evaluate external marketing agencies.
• Excellent planning, organization, and project‑coordination skills, with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong event‑planning and on‑site coordination capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Google Analytics (or similar marketing analytics and reporting tools)
