Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support and enhance our organization’s compensation structures, employee benefits, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and related policies across Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain salary structures, pay grades and compensation frameworks, conducting market salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
• Conduct job evaluation and grading activities, maintain job families and career structures, and analyse new positions for appropriate compensation positioning.
• Administer employee benefits and allowances, benchmark benefits against market practices and support policy updates.
• Prepare compensation analytics, salary reports and dashboards to aid management decisions and monitor budget compliance.
• Coordinate with Payroll and HR Operations to ensure accurate implementation of salary changes and compliance with labor legislation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and Finance to provide compensation insights for hiring, restructuring and budgeting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in manufacturing, contracting, construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices and labour market dynamics in Jordan and Saudi Arabia, with GCC exposure considered an advantage.
• Proven experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, compensation budgeting and workforce cost analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ERP compensation modules.
