Cost Controller – Expense Management & Financial Analysis

About the role

CFI Financial Group is looking for a motivated Cost Controller Officer to join its finance team. You will play a key part in monitoring, controlling and optimizing the company’s expenses while delivering actionable financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control all company expenses, including administration, travel, petty cash and other operational costs.
• Ensure strict compliance with financial policies and budgetary guidelines.
• Analyze expenditure trends and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Manage travel requests, approvals and reimbursements.
• Oversee petty cash disbursements, reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 3–6 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and highly organized.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Odoo ERP.
