About the role
CFI Financial Group is looking for a motivated Cost Controller Officer to join its finance team. You will play a key part in monitoring, controlling and optimizing the company’s expenses while delivering actionable financial insights.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control all company expenses, including administration, travel, petty cash and other operational costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Analyze expenditure trends and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
- Manage travel requests, approvals and reimbursements.
- Oversee petty cash disbursements, reconciliations and reporting.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts and support internal and external audits.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- 3–6 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical and highly organized.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Odoo ERP.
