About the role
Vyltic is looking for enthusiastic customer service agents to handle player communications in both Arabic and English. Fresh graduates are preferred to join a fast‑moving sports ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to player messages and calls promptly during service hours.
- Arrange matches, resolve issues, and ensure each request is closed properly.
- Follow up the next day after a problem is solved to confirm the solution remains effective.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or early‑career professional.
- Strong written Arabic and English skills.
- Responsive, organized, and good with people.
- Customer‑obsessed mindset, taking ownership of every request.
- Proactive initiative and a hunger to learn and grow.
