Delivery & Project Manager - ERP, Digital Products & Mobile Apps

About the role

Brain Catch, part of the Behar Group, is hiring an experienced Delivery & Project Manager in Amman, Jordan, on an on-site or hybrid basis. The role leads the end-to-end delivery of ERP systems, digital products and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop integrated project plans in Microsoft Project and run daily execution in Azure DevOps.
• Lead multiple workstreams and coordinate development, QA, product, infrastructure, security, vendors and business teams.
• Manage ERP implementation and upgrade projects across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Inventory and Operations.
• Manage digital-product and mobile-application delivery, including backlog, QA, UAT, app-store publishing, localization and hotfixes.
• Control requirements, acceptance criteria, change requests, RAID logs and delivery dependencies.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, performance and security testing, data migration, integrations and production readiness.
• Manage deployment, rollback, go-live, user adoption and post-go-live stabilization.
• Manage vendor SOWs, SLAs, contractual milestones, budgets and performance.
• Report project status clearly to senior and executive stakeholders while ensuring governance, compliance and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT project or delivery management.
• Proven delivery of at least two of: an ERP implementation or upgrade, a mobile application rollout, or a B2B or B2C digital product or platform launch.
• Experience managing UAT, production go-lives, vendors, SOWs and multiple workstreams.
• Strong executive communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps (mandatory).
• Understanding of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, CI/CD, deployment environments and data migration.
• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ITIL, Power BI, ISO 27001, SOC 2 or data-privacy exposure; experience in workforce management, manpower solutions, service marketplaces or on-demand services.
