Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Amman. The role focuses on generating qualified leads for real‑estate projects, boosting brand awareness and maximizing return on advertising spend across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Generate qualified leads for real‑estate projects and company services.
• Monitor performance, improve conversion rates and ROI, and provide regular reports.
• Develop strategies to increase page visibility, engagement, followers and overall brand popularity.
• Create and schedule engaging content across social media channels.
• Design marketing creatives using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools.
• Respond to customer inquiries generated through campaigns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proper lead follow‑up and conversion.
• Assist in planning and executing offline marketing activities, events and promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Proven track record in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience in real‑estate marketing is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, creativity and strong problem‑solving abilities.
