Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead all digital activities for Sharif Eye Centers Group across its locations in Amman, Zarqa and Dubai. The role focuses on driving patient acquisition, brand awareness and measurable ROI through strategic, data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and manage annual/monthly budgets.
• Lead performance marketing on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn and other channels, optimizing CPL, conversion rates and ROI.
• Oversee social media planning, content creation and community engagement while ensuring brand consistency.
• Track KPIs, produce weekly and monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Mentor and manage the digital marketing team and coordinate with operations, call centre, patient experience and medical departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, ophthalmology or related medical services.
• Proven record of managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong leadership and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
