Digital Marketing Specialist / Consultant (French-speaking) – Jordan

About the role

ORIENTECA, a French professional‑training and intercultural communication firm, seeks a French‑speaking Digital Marketing Specialist based in Jordan. The consultant will help expand the company’s presence in France and the MENA region by creating and executing B2B digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage ORIENTECA’s LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social channels.
• Create B2B content such as posts, articles, carousels, short videos and newsletters.
• Design content strategies around intercultural communication, professional training and international business.
• Generate qualified B2B leads in France and the MENA region.
• Plan, launch and optimise LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Improve SEO and overall online visibility.
• Develop and optimise CRM and marketing‑automation processes.
• Monitor KPIs, produce performance reports and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and communication.
• Fluent written and spoken French; good English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the French business environment and the Jordanian/MENA market.
• Autonomous, creative, proactive and results‑oriented.
