Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise our online presence across websites, marketplaces and social channels. The role will support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, email marketing, influencer collaborations and content creation to drive traffic, engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content, product listings, banners and landing pages; coordinate launches of promotions and new products.
• Monitor website performance, usability and ensure accurate product information across all digital platforms.
• Create, schedule and analyse email marketing campaigns; manage CRM data, customer segments and automated journeys.
• Develop and manage social media content calendars; schedule posts, monitor engagement and report on performance metrics.
• Support content creation for newsletters, blogs, product pages and digital campaigns; ensure brand consistency.
• Identify and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates and brand partners; coordinate campaign execution and reporting.
• Oversee marketplace listings on platforms such as Amazon and Noon; manage product data, promotions and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, logistics and operations teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills and a good eye for brand consistency.
• Experience working with e‑commerce platforms, email marketing tools and social media management.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and suggest improvements.
