About the role

Petra Ride, Jordan's leading licensed ride‑hailing app, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to boost customer acquisition and engagement through data‑driven campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to design, launch, and optimize paid media across multiple platforms while ensuring a seamless digital experience for users across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage paid media on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust budgets, and maximize return on investment.
• Track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs.
• Support CRM, email, and push‑notification initiatives.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce campaign assets.
• Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize paid campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
