Digital Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Content Creation

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our social media presence and produce engaging visual content. You will work closely with design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Create, shoot, and edit engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Produce short‑form videos and reels that follow current trends.
• Develop creative concepts for posts, stories, reels and full campaigns.
• Write video scripts, captions and other copy in Arabic and English.
• Manage and grow company social media accounts.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Schedule and publish content across all channels.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with design, sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong communication, writing, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic creation.
• Proficiency with CapCut for video editing.
