Digital Media Specialist – Visual Content Creator

About the role

Hujrah Village is looking for a full‑time Digital Media Specialist to lead the creation and management of visual content across all its digital channels. Based on‑site at the mixed‑use destination near Queen Alia International Airport, you will shape the brand’s visual presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor and the company website.

Key responsibilities

• Capture professional photography and cinematic video for a variety of marketing initiatives.
• Edit and deliver high‑quality photo and video assets optimized for each digital platform.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across all online channels.
• Organise, archive and manage the digital media library for future use.
• Update platform imagery, galleries, cover photos and visual branding as required.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional content for campaigns, events and daily operations.
• Ensure all visual output aligns with Hujrah Village’s brand identity and creative direction.

Required profile

• Professional experience in photography, videography, cinematography and video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of content optimisation for major digital platforms.
• Excellent organisational and digital‑asset‑management skills.
• English proficiency is highly preferred.
• Availability to work full‑time on‑site.
