Digital Product Owner / Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Product Owner/Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our digital products, from market research and concept creation to launch and ongoing optimisation. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution, ensuring that products meet both customer needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and long‑term vision for best‑in‑class digital solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability studies and market analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Translate product vision into concrete roadmaps and agile backlogs.
• Partner with business owners and agile teams to design, prioritize and deliver features.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for extracting, transforming and loading data into information products.
• Manage the product roadmap, backlog, requirements discovery, solution design, user story creation, feature development and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with tribe leads and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Lead product marketing efforts, crafting positioning and messaging that differentiate the product.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital product management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, prioritisation and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with usability and customer‑focused design.
• Passion for building great products and solving business challenges.

Required skills

• Writing SQL queries.
• Java programming.
• Front‑end development with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
