Dispatcher Officer – Private Aviation (Amman)

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Dispatcher Officer to join our private aviation team in Amman. The role ensures seamless coordination of private jet operations, delivering a professional and reliable travel experience for high-net-worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise flight schedules for private aircraft.
• Communicate with clients, pilots, ground crews and service providers to confirm flight details.
• Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with all aviation safety regulations.
• Handle last-minute schedule changes and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor flight status in real time and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and flight logs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation dispatch, operations control centre (OCC) or flight operations.
• Experience with private jet or VIP aviation operations is preferred.
• Strong operational coordination and communication abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
