Elite Relationship Manager

About the role

Jordan Kuwait Bank is expanding its Elite Banking segment and is looking for Elite Relationship Managers in Amman. The role suits people who enjoy building strong client relationships and managing and growing high-value portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Elite / Affluent clients while maintaining long-term relationships.
• Identify client financial needs and provide tailored banking and investment solutions.
• Promote a full range of banking products including deposits, lending, cards and wealth solutions.
• Achieve portfolio growth and cross-selling targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor client portfolios and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Elite clients, ensuring a premium banking experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized financial solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of banking experience, preferably in Relationship Management, Priority Banking or Wealth Management.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios and achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of retail banking products.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and customer-centric approach.
