About the role

The F&B Service Expert provides a memorable dining experience for guests at the Westin hotel in Aqaba. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will set tables, serve food and drinks, and ensure the service area remains clean and organized. This casual, full‑time position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with guests and being part of a hospitality team.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Take guest orders, communicate them accurately to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain a tidy work area, restock supplies, and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to enhance the overall experience.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and bill preparation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and company policies.
