About the role

The F&B Service Expert (Host/ess) is the first point of contact for guests at our Marriott property on Dead Sea Road, Sweimeh. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide guests to their tables, and ensure a smooth dining experience while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests warmly, manage reservations and waitlists, and escort them to their seats.
Set and arrange tables according to service standards and guest preferences.
Communicate guest orders and special requests accurately to the kitchen.
Provide attentive service throughout the meal, addressing any guest needs promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, workstations, and service supplies.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage or hospitality experience.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical duties safely.
