Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Housekeeping

About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert ensures every guest area—from rooms to public spaces—meets Marriott’s high standards of hygiene and presentation. Working on the Dead Sea Road property, you will create a welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand guidelines.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, lift and move items up to 50 lb, and adhere to all company policies.
• Report maintenance issues and collaborate with other hotel departments to resolve them.

Required profile

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and confidential work environment.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of standard housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and follow health‑safety guidelines.
