About the role

The F&B Service Expert – Lead will ensure high‑quality food and beverage service for guests at our Aqaba location. You will act as a liaison between guests, the kitchen, and the service team, guaranteeing smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages while answering menu‑related questions.
Communicate with the kitchen about menu items, wait times, order modifications, and product availability.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, china, glassware, and silverware throughout the shift.
Monitor guest dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests, and relay them to the kitchen.
Inspect and clear tables, ensuring proper crumb removal and presentation.
Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff.
Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies and report any incidents.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of food‑and‑beverage service experience.
No prior supervisory experience required.
