F&B Service Expert - Lead

About the role
The F&B Service Expert – Lead will ensure high‑quality food and beverage service for guests at our Aqaba location. You will act as a liaison between guests, the kitchen, and the service team, guaranteeing smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages while answering menu‑related questions.
- Communicate with the kitchen about menu items, wait times, order modifications, and product availability.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, china, glassware, and silverware throughout the shift.
- Monitor guest dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests, and relay them to the kitchen.
- Inspect and clear tables, ensuring proper crumb removal and presentation.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff.
- Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies and report any incidents.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
