Finance Manager

About the role

A company is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial operations, oversee financial planning and reporting and support strategic decision-making. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, risk management and achieving the company's financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage the company's financial operations and projects, and estimate financial needs for short- and long-term objectives.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, oversee monthly closing and develop financial forecasts.
• Develop, monitor and manage budgets and financial plans.
• Optimize capital structure by balancing equity and debt, and develop financing strategies while maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and asset performance to maximize returns.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations, monitor KPIs and evaluate ROI.
• Identify, assess and manage financial risks, and ensure accurate records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (mandatory).
• CPA certification (mandatory).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager (mandatory).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Excellent financial analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and financial planning and analysis software.
