Finance Transformation Manager – Business Consulting

About the role

As a Finance Transformation Manager you will leverage deep finance, industry and technology expertise to help leading organisations in the MENA region improve performance and create sustainable value. You will work in high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams delivering finance‑focused consulting projects across borders and sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements, driving process optimisation across Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash and Record‑to‑Report.
• Develop and implement innovative operating models for finance functions, including public financial management, budgeting and cost optimisation.
• Advise clients on AI, automation and digital enablement solutions to enhance decision‑making and reduce costs.
• Build and nurture client relationships, contributing to business development and revenue generation.
• Mentor and lead project teams to deliver high‑quality deliverables for government, energy and utilities sectors.

Required profile

• Consulting experience in finance transformation within the financial services domain.
• Proven track record of delivering value‑added management consulting services across multiple sectors.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (PTP, OTC, RTR) and public financial management.
• Experience leading teams on complex engagements and driving client adoption of digital solutions.
