Fleet Manager

About the role

Teeba, Jordan's leading FMCG company, is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead and optimise its fleet and refrigeration assets. The role ensures safe, reliable, compliant, and cost‑effective operations while supporting business growth and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the company’s vehicle fleet and refrigeration equipment.
• Develop and control CAPEX and OPEX budgets for fleet assets.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programmes, repairs and service schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics such as cost, maintenance quality and breakdowns.
• Handle the full lifecycle of refrigeration equipment, from installation to disposal.
• Lead, coach and develop the fleet team.
• Manage relationships with vendors, dealerships and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records of all vehicles and assets.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of fleet safety, compliance and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
