Food and Beverage Associate – Airport Lounge & Transit Hotel

About the role

We are expanding our airport hospitality operation and need enthusiastic Food & Beverage Associates to deliver high‑quality service in both our Airport Lounge (buffet‑style) and Transit Hotel dining areas. You will be the face of our guests’ dining experience, ensuring smooth, safe, and enjoyable meals throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional food and beverage service in the Airport Lounge buffet and Transit Hotel dining areas.
• Set up, maintain, and continuously replenish buffet stations according to presentation standards.
• Monitor food quality, temperature, freshness, and display throughout service.
• Assist guests at buffet stations and take orders in the Transit Hotel when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of buffet counters, dining areas, and service stations.
• Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely replenishment.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally.
• Support POS transactions and billing procedures where applicable.
• Promote menu items and assist in upselling F&B offerings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B training is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage service, preferably in hotels, buffet restaurants, airport lounges, or catering.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional grooming and presentation standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.
• Experience handling POS transactions and billing procedures.
