Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all F&B operations at Opal Hotel, ensuring five‑star guest experiences across restaurants, outlets, banquets, and kitchen services. This senior role combines strategic planning with hands‑on management to drive revenue, maintain quality standards, and uphold the hotel’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all F&B outlets, restaurant and banquet services.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Lead, supervise and develop outlet managers and F&B staff.
• Control budgeting, cost, and P&L for the entire department.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with the culinary team on menu development and quality.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints at the departmental level.
• Maintain consistent five‑star service standards across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of Food & Beverage experience in hospitality.
• At least 3 years in Lebanese restaurant operations, preferably high‑volume.
• Previous managerial role in a 5‑star hotel.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen and multi‑outlet management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
