Freelance US Corporate Attorney – AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a US‑qualified corporate attorney to join our freelance AI‑training platform. In this project‑based role you will help shape and evaluate AI systems that assist with legal reasoning and problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Design and generate prompts that challenge AI models on corporate law topics.
• Assess AI‑generated answers for correctness, underlying assumptions and logical consistency.
• Refine AI reasoning to align with first‑principles and accepted legal standards.
• Apply structured scoring criteria to evaluate multi‑step problem‑solving performance.

Required profile

• Law degree (JD, LLM, etc.) within the United States legal system.
• Minimum 2 years of practice as a corporate attorney or legal consultant in the US.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
